Offer Agreement

"If you download, install, copy, or otherwise use the game «SunCity Mobile» or its parts in any permitted way, including if you start participating in the gameplay, you thereby confirm that you have fully read, understood, agreed to, and accepted the license agreement below, and you undertake to comply with it and be responsible for any violation."

License Agreement

This document establishes rights and obligations between the user (non-exclusive licensee) and KAIF GAMES - FZCO, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Subject of the Agreement

The agreement governs terms for using the game and procedures for granting virtual in-game benefits, including virtual currency ("City Coin"), bonuses, and other virtual items.

Rights and Obligations of the User

1. The User undertakes to:

  • Agree to terms upon registration or payment
  • Provide accurate registration and payment data
  • Follow game rules and avoid third-party software for advantages
  • Not violate third-party rights or Russian Federation laws

2. The User has the right to:

  • Use purchased virtual in-game benefits
  • Contact customer support for issue resolution
  • Receive bonuses when fulfilling payment conditions

Rights and Obligations of the Contractor

1. The Contractor undertakes to:

  • Provide game access and virtual in-game benefits
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of personal data
  • Provide information on exchange rates, promotions, and bonuses

2. The Contractor has the right to:

  • Amend agreement terms with user notification
  • Suspend or terminate access for violations
  • Set and amend game rules and benefit conditions
  • Block accounts for rule violations, fraud, or hacking attempts

Invoice Payment

"The invoice shall be paid by the Payer within one business day after issuance through the payment service."

Payer's Reward

Bonuses credit to game accounts within one business day upon meeting conditions:

  • Receipt of specified payment amount
  • Provision of game account data and required documents

Payer's Obligations

Payers must provide documentation if state authorities or payment systems raise concerns, and must immediately assist if their actions trigger third-party claims.

Liability

"«SunCity Mobile» is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits." Bonus volume depends on invoice amount and displays in real-time.

In-Game Currency Exchange Rate

The standard exchange rate: 1 $ = 1 City Coin

Promotional periods may temporarily increase rates, but never below standard. Payers acknowledge the accounting system as authoritative and bear responsibility for account security.

Refund Policy

"No refunds are provided. After purchasing and activating in-game assets, cancellation and refund of funds are not possible."

Security Policy

Payments accept international cards via Unitpay, Mir, and online banking. Transaction security uses processing center protection; user data stays with payment systems following international standards.

Term of the Agreement

Agreement becomes effective upon user acceptance and remains valid until service completion or termination per established procedures.
